High durability nozzle
  • The new silicon carbide nozzle offers excellent wear resistance and thermal conductivity, effectively reducing the abrasion caused by carbon fibers on the nozzle during printing, thereby enhancing the nozzle's durability.




Dual direct drive extrusion system
  • The gears are made of high-strength steel and have been heat-treated for improved wear resistance.

  • The custom gear configuration securely holds the filament in place to prevent slippage during extrusion. The system's force is enhanced to ensure a stable printing process.

Designed for 3D printing with a variety of reinforced filaments
  • The E2CF is compatible with PLA, ABS, Nylon, PET, PPS, PET GF, PET Support, PETG, ASA, PC reinforced filaments, as well as other engineering-grade thermoplastics.




Raise3D filament dryer
  • Integrated filament holders allow for smooth filament feeding. When closed, they effectively protect the filament from dust and moisture for up to 30 days.

ideaMaker slicing profiles
  • The E2CF comes with ideaMaker slicing profiles that have been extensively tested and verified by our engineers. No need to adjust parameters before printing. Enjoy easy and high-quality prints.

  • Like other Raise3D products, the E2CF supports batch production and intelligent management using ideaMaker as the core software solution.


The E2CF is an Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX) 3D printer
  • One extruder can remain stationary and to the side while the other prints the model, minimizing the risk of the nozzle on the stationary extruder interfering with the print during dual or single extrusion.
  • IDEX can perform two specialized functions: Mirror Mode and Copy Mode.

  • Copy Mode is a synchronized printing mode that uses both extruders to print a model and an exact copy of that model simultaneously. It can double production capacity within the same timeframe.

  • Mirror Mode prints a model and a mirrored version of the same model at the same time.

Power failure recovery
  • Power outages or filament runouts can cause print jobs to be lost if they occur during a 3D print. However, the E2CF has a filament runout sensor to warn when the filament is running low and saves the print job.
  • It also has a power failure recovery function to save the print state in case of a power outage and can resume printing from the same point when power is restored.




Automatic bed leveling
  • The E2CF has an automatic bed leveling process that maintains a consistent distance between the print nozzles and the bed, creating a level build surface. This improves bed adhesion and allows the extruder to compensate for even the slightest variations in surface contours for better overall print quality.
